This is Zhiyang Li (李智扬), he obtained his doctoral degree from the School of Civil Engineering at Chongqing University under the supervisor of professor Shaopeng Li. He is currently working at the School of Civil Engineering and Transportation, North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power.
